Greg has been involved in the firm’s tax and business consulting practice for over 33 years and is currently the Managing Partner. Over his career Greg developed his expertise in the restaurant industry and has been an integral part in the expansion of the firm’s niche in the industry. Working with other professionals, he has developed a “team approach” to identify problems and facilitate change for clients while regularly consulting with and educating restaurant companies and restaurant industry groups. Today, Greg is the practice leader for the firm’s largest concentration of clientele – the foodservice industry.

Specializing in business consulting and tax planning, Lou has assisted a wide range of clients with operational, tax and accounting related matters. Active in the business community, Lou has served on the board of directors for various organizations and maintains a close association with other professionals in the Southern California area. Lou lives in Westlake Village with his wife Wendy and their children Grant, Danica and Jenna. He enjoys traveling, current events, and outdoor activities involving his family including hiking, camping and sports.

Jason is involved in all aspects of the firms Certified Audit and Review engagements practice. Jason has expertise in the retail industry as well as the areas of technology and business consulting. In addition to his regular responsibilities Jason is a frequent lecturer on various topics. He is a regular speaker to California Society of CPA discussion groups, Education Foundation and other organizations.

Jean has owned, operated, and consulted in the restaurant industry for almost 30 years. During that time she worked with a well known national chain, managed food and beverage for several ski facilities in Squaw Valley, and became the president, CEO, and shareholder of one of the highest grossing restaurants in California. Today Jean is Principal and leads the restaurant operations consulting practice at KROST.
